Canton Fair 2026 Transport Guide
Canton Fair week puts pressure on every part of Guangzhou's transport system. Planning airport pickup and daily transport before arrival makes the schedule much easier.
Arrival day
Send your flight number, terminal, hotel and number of bags before departure. The driver can track the flight and wait from the actual landing time.
If you are traveling with samples or display materials, choose a vehicle with enough luggage space. A sedan may be enough for one passenger, but not for several large cases.
Hotel to Pazhou
The Pazhou Complex is served by several entrances. The best drop-off point depends on your hall and badge type.
For daily transport, a private car and driver can wait during the day and handle multiple stops between the hotel, fair and meetings.
Factory visits
Many buyers combine the fair with supplier visits in Foshan, Dongguan or Shenzhen. These cities are outside central Guangzhou and should be planned as full-day routes rather than short transfers.

When to book
