A 20%-30% deposit confirms your vehicle and driver. Driver accommodation outside Guangzhou is USD 30 per night when an overnight stay is required.

How do I pay?
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, RMB, USD, EUR, PayPal and bank transfer.
How can I cancel?
Packages 1-3 are free to cancel up to 12 hours before pickup. Package 4 is free to cancel up to 24 hours before the service starts. Cancellations within 24 hours of the Package 4 start time will retain the deposit.
Are prices per vehicle or per passenger?
Prices are per vehicle with driver, based on the seating capacity of the car.
What is included in the price?
Every package includes the vehicle, driver service, fuel, tolls, parking, passenger insurance and 24/7 English support. No hidden fees.
What does each package include?
Package 1 is a fixed route. Package 2 includes 6 hours and 100 km. Package 3 includes 11 hours and 300 km. Package 4 is the same car and driver for consecutive days, with 11 hours and 300 km per day.
How is overtime charged?
After the included package hours, overtime is USD 15 per hour for Business Sedan and Business SUV, USD 20 per hour for Luxury Sedan and Business MPV, and USD 25 per hour for Luxury MPV and MINI Bus.
How is extra mileage charged?
Package 2 charges USD 1.5 per km for Business Sedan and Business SUV, USD 2.0 per km for Luxury Sedan and Business MPV, and USD 2.5 per km for Luxury MPV and MINI Bus. Packages 3 and 4 charge USD 0.5 per km for Business Sedan and Business SUV, USD 0.6 per km for Luxury Sedan and Business MPV, and USD 0.8 per km for Luxury MPV and MINI Bus.
Is waiting time charged?
Waiting is included within the package hours. There is no separate waiting fee while the package time is still available. If waiting continues after the included time, overtime applies.
Are airport pickups extra in the multi-day package?
No, as long as pickup or drop-off happens within the daily 11 hours and 300 km. Single airport transfers should use the Fixed Route Quote Center.
How does the multi-day discount work?
1-2 days: standard daily rate. 3-5 days: 5% off each day. 6-8 days: 10% off each day. 9+ days: 15% off or custom quote.
Is a fixed route price final?
Yes. Every route shown in the Fixed Route Quote Center has a final price with no hidden fees. Routes without a fixed price are quoted manually before booking.
How much deposit is required?
Package 4 requires a 20%-30% deposit to confirm the booking, and the balance is paid after the service. Other packages do not require a deposit. Corporate invoice is available.
