English ability depends on the package. The 11-Hour Package and Multi-Day Package include an English-speaking driver. Other packages include a Basic English-speaking driver, so tell us your language needs when booking.

Child seats are available on request for most vehicles. Please mention the child seat and the age of the child in the booking notes.

We accept same-day requests when a driver is available. Please contact us directly for the fastest confirmation.

The driver can meet you at a hotel, apartment, office, airport, railway station or any address you add to the booking.

Packages 1-3 are free to cancel up to 12 hours before pickup. Package 4 is free to cancel up to 24 hours before the service starts. Cancellations within 24 hours of the Package 4 start time will retain the deposit. See the Pricing FAQ for the full cancellation policy.

Prices are per vehicle with driver, based on the seating capacity of the car.

The price includes the vehicle, driver service, fuel, tolls, parking, passenger insurance and 24/7 English support. There are no hidden fees.

Package 4 requires a 20%-30% deposit to confirm the booking and the balance is paid after the service. Other packages do not require a deposit.

We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, RMB, USD, EUR, PayPal and bank transfer.

Yes, a commercial invoice is available for corporate clients and business trips.

Fixed route prices are final. Package rates are also fixed before booking, with no surge pricing and no extra fees added later.

Airport pickup uses fixed route pricing based on your vehicle and destination. Use the Fixed Route Quote Center to see the exact price before booking.

Package 2 includes 6 hours and 100 km. Overtime is USD 15 per hour for Business Sedan and Business SUV, USD 20 for Luxury Sedan and Business MPV, and USD 25 per hour for Luxury MPV and MINI Bus. Extra mileage is USD 1.5 per km for Business Sedan and Business SUV, USD 2.0 for Luxury Sedan and Business MPV, and USD 2.5 per km for Luxury MPV and MINI Bus. Package 3 includes 11 hours and 300 km and uses the same overtime rates, with extra mileage of USD 0.5 per km for Business Sedan and Business SUV, USD 0.6 for Luxury Sedan and Business MPV, and USD 0.8 per km for Luxury MPV and MINI Bus. Your driver tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup time. Airport bookings include 120 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time.

The driver waits at the arrivals hall holding a name sign. Share your flight number when booking so the driver can monitor the arrival.

Yes, fixed routes cover the Pearl River Delta, including Shenzhen, Foshan and Dongguan. Routes outside Guangdong are quoted separately.

Package 4 provides the same car and driver for consecutive days. Each day includes 11 hours and 300 km within Guangdong.

Yes. 1-2 days use the standard daily rate, 3-5 days receive 5% off each day, 6-8 days receive 10% off each day, and 9+ days receive 15% off or a custom quote.

If the driver stays outside Guangzhou, accommodation is USD 30 per night. Driver meals are already included in the package.
