Daily Rental FAQ
Does waiting time count inside the booked hours?
Yes. Timing starts when the driver arrives and ends at your final drop-off. Waiting is not charged separately within your 6-hour or 11-hour package.
How is overtime billed?
Overtime is billed per hour at the published rate for your vehicle class. We remind you before the package time ends, so there are never surprise charges.
Is there a distance limit?
Package 2 includes 100 km (60 miles) and Package 3 includes 300 km (180 miles). Extra kilometres are billed per kilometre. Routes outside Guangdong need a custom quote.
Can I add a stop during the day?
Yes. As long as you stay within the booked hours and included mileage, extra stops are free. Beyond that, standard rates apply.
Will my furniture and shopping fit in the car?
Tell us the type and estimated size of your purchases when booking, and we will recommend the right vehicle. For very large items, please check with us first.
