Do I pay a deposit or the full amount?
A small deposit confirms the booking. The balance is paid after the trip. We accept WeChat, Alipay and cash.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Do I need to pay for the driver's lunch?
No. Our drivers take care of their own meals, so you never need to worry about it.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes, just let us know in advance and we will prepare the correct seat for your child.
