How Airport Waiting Time Works
Airport pickup timing starts from the actual landing time, not the scheduled arrival time. This matters when immigration, baggage delivery or a delayed flight takes longer than expected.
What is included
Airport transfers include a free waiting period from landing. If the flight is delayed, the driver adjusts automatically through flight tracking.
The driver waits with a name sign and remains reachable by phone during the pickup.
What happens after the free waiting period
If you need the driver to continue waiting beyond the included time, overtime is charged at the published hourly rate for the selected vehicle class. Your driver or dispatcher will confirm the charge before it applies.
How to make pickup faster
Send the correct flight number.
Keep your phone reachable.
Complete immigration and collect baggage without unnecessary delay.
Contact the driver if you are held up.
Meet the driver before leaving the arrivals area.
