How to Plan a Guangzhou Factory Visit Day
Factory visits work best when the route is planned around appointment times, traffic and the location of each industrial park.
Start with the appointment list
List every supplier with its full Chinese name, district and appointment time. Do not rely only on an English company name.
Group factories by area
Visiting Foshan, Dongguan and Shenzhen in one day may sound efficient, but the distances can make it unrealistic. Group suppliers by city or industrial zone where possible.
Choose a full-day package
An 11-hour package usually works better than point-to-point transfers because the driver can wait during each visit and move samples between factories.
